If you are new to massage therapy, we understand that you might have some questions. We are confident that we have the answers to your inquiries. Below are the answers to the questions that are most commonly asked about massage therapy treatment. Should you have additional questions please feel free to contact us.




How will massage therapy benefit me?
With professional massage therapy you can experience relief from muscular tension and pain, receive increased range of motion and a reduction of mental stress levels. Massage is a natural healing process that can deliver both physical and emotional benefits.

Treatments are specifically tailored to meet your needs.

How often will I need treatments?
Your body can let you know. Some people require only a few sessions to treat a specific problem, while others become regular users of massage therapy as both proactive and preventative healthcare. Massage can help maintain good muscle tone, flexibility, and help muscular injuries.

Which regions of my body get massaged?
The therapist will ask you what you want to get out of the session. You will also be asked to describe any chronic problems that you are experiencing. This will determine the appropriate regions of your body that need attention.

A typical full-body massage involves your back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, feet, and hands.

Will I experience muscle soreness following a massage therapy treatment?
Most people report feeling very relaxed, and often experience significant relief from aches, pains and stress after a massage session. However some people, especially those who require deep-tissue massage, experience mild muscle soreness which may last a day or two. Once the soreness is gone, they often notice heightened energy levels and an increased range of motion.

Do you accept insurance?
No. Right now we do not accept insurance.

Do you offer massage gift certificates?
Yes we do! A therapeutic massage is a great way to show someone how much you care.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. We require a 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Less than 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation fee. However, we do understand that situations and emergencies arise that may make it difficult for you to give adequate notice of your cancellation, and every effort will be made to take these situations into consideration when assessing cancellation fees.

If for some reason you are unable to make an appointment, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation process.

1st "no call/show": $37
2nd “no call/show": $50
3rd “no call/show": $50, plus 25% fee of the original price of the appointment

Any appointment following these occasions must prepay for all sessions.

If you have questions about our cancellation policy or if you feel that you were incorrectly charged for a missed appointment, please call and speak with us personally about the situation.

How long do I have to sign up for to get the Membership Plan?
Your auto pay schedule can be either a 6 or 12 month cycle. Your membership may be cancelled at least (30) days prior to membership expiration date or next payment. Cancellations not made at least (30) days will be charged as scheduled.

Twelve (12) month membership must be in effect for at least six (6) months, after which, a fee of $100 will be charged for early cancellation. Six (6) month membership may not be cancelled. Cancellation request can be done by either phone or email.

Upon cancellation, unused massages will expire 60 days after cancellation.

Can I “freeze” my plan at any time?
Yes, to freeze your auto pay, submit your request by either phone or email at least (30) days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective for the following month.

You can freeze your Auto Pay schedule once per year at any time for a fee of $10 per month. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in monthly increments for up to 6 months. Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly auto-renew will automatically be reactivated.

What happens if I do not use one or several monthly massage?
Unused monthly massages will roll over to the next month for your personal use. However, all unused massages will expire 60 days after policy cancelation.

May I pay a deposit in order to reduce my monthly payment?
Yes, you may make a deposit in any amount to reduce your monthly payment or pay it off all at once. The remaining balance will be amortized over the remainder of your plans cycle.

May I combine any other discounts or Promotional offers with my Membership Plan?
You may not combine any other discounts or promotions with a Membership Plan.
